This is a certified organic lightly oxidized rolled Jade Oolong style, from mainland China. This Oolong has nice floral fragrance.
Method: Use 1 tea spoon loose tea leaf for 6- 8 oz boiling water. Pour boiling water over the loose leaf tea and cover it tightly for 3-4 minutes until all leaves opens up.
Everyday Tips: If you taste your tea little bitter after brewing (Due to long steeping or using too much tea leaves) add little more water to your already brewing tea it will remove the bitterness. Basically you have to diluted your tea to remove the bitterness.
